Hilton Houston Nasa Clear Lake Hotel Seabrook, Seabrook

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quite spacious even though it was near a busy road, and the king bed was large and comfortable, though the cleanliness was lacking. The service, particularly at the front desk and in the in-house restaurant, was outstandingly accommodating, loving, and helpful, making my experience memorable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of seating to enjoy the surroundings, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the main road, along with the added bonus of being close to the NASA Space Center. However, the pool area's gravel bottom was a bit rough, so one needs to be cautious. The dining experience left something to be desired in terms of value for money, especially at the breakfast buffet, but the overall ambiance was lovely. Therefore, the overall experience was a mix of delights and disappointments.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel due to its fantastic location overlooking Clear Lake and the proximity to the NASA museum, although my room experience was a bit disappointing with the wrong room assignment, missing furniture, and some maintenance issues. The service, however, was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining was superb, especially the complimentary breakfast, setting a lovely dining room experience. The facilities were top-notch, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel room had a fantastic view of the lake and was very nice with a comfortable bed, but unfortunately, it smelled of mildew and had centipedes. The service was mostly friendly, kind, and helpful, although there was an incident of entry without notice. The location was very convenient and perfect for visiting the NASA Johnson Space Centre, but some aspects were inadequate. The dining experience was subpar with overpriced items. Facilities were limited.
